Domenico Termine arbeitet seit seinem 19. Lebensjahr als Bartender. Sein Herz schlägt für Cocktails, Edelbrände und regionale Produkte. Er gründete 2011 die Schwarzwald Bar Brigade, das Barnetzwerk mit Bartendern aus ganz Baden-Württenberg. Roman Koffer ist Mitglied der Schwarzwald Bar Brigade, wurde 2008 Barchef und eröffnete 2012 mit dem "KofferRaum" in Karlsruhe seine eigene Cocktailbar. Friedrich Springob arbeitet in der Redaktion der Zeitschrift "Kleinbrennerei" und kennt berufsbedingt viele Brennereien im Ländle.
